I’ve always been into fitness, from playing sports as a child to lifting weights in high school. It has been a way for me to get in a good mental space and humble myself in life. Spin has been great for me because I’ve had two knee surgeries and it’s a very good way to get a huge burn while being light on my joints. Spin has been so fun to take that teaching was only the next step. I love being in control of what type of music and vibe the riders have. I play all sorts of music and love making the spin playlist with different vibes.
I like to play hip hop and rnb hits while also throwing in old classics everyone can enjoy and deep bass house to grove out too.
