Henry Kasiske

Henry Kasiske is an LA native; although he grew up on the west side in Mar Vista, he’s called East LA home for the last 6 years. He fell in love with sports at a young age, and played volleyball competitively throughout high school and college. Post-grad, he coached volleyball at the high school and college levels, and later moved to Montana where he worked in a fly-fishing shop. He continues to stay active with volleyball, golf, hiking, fly fishing, and yoga while he pursues his license in clinical psychology. His diverse background lends itself to one of the most energetic and eclectic spin classes around. He’ll have you singing along and dancing to the funkiest beats while giving you an incredible workout!
